Become a certified Coach

Welcome to Academy of Coaching & Communication

International certifications now available in Finland.

 We are proud to give you the possibility to be an International Certified Coach. The only program you need to work as a coach profesionally or working with coaching in your existing profession.  The educations are placed in several cities in Finland and in several languages. If you want a course in your city or if your company want to educate internal coaches, we come to you. Just reach out for us!

Our coaching programs are designed as interactive and dynamic learning experiences. Through exercises, reflection and dialogue, you develop your coaching skills step by step in a supportive environment.

All programs include a solid material with coaching models, practical frameworks, tools  and well-established coaching theory. It supports learning during the programs and continued development afterwards. 

This is the program to become an internationally certified coach. Throughout the course, you will develop your skills in a structured and engaging learning environment. Many describe the experience as highly impactful and practical.

By the end of the training, you will have built a strong portfolio of coaching tools, frameworks, and techniques that can be applied effectively in coaching, leadership, and management roles.
